February Break Camp

Your child will practice service, gratitude, mindfulness, and exercise over the course of 4 days! Each activity will be paired with wonderful readalouds to help educate your child regarding social issues and populations in need as well as ways to help.

Activities will include:

• Service: 
  • New Health Public Fridge Donations and Tour
  • Mitten/Hat Bags for the Homeless
  • Wintry Arts & Crafts with Seniors from the Golden Age Center
  • Write/Publish a Book: Nonprofit Spotlight: A Book of Boston's Best Nonprofits (for Kids!)
• Gratitude:
  • Gratitude Jars
  • Positive Self-Gratitude Affirmation Links
• Mindfulness:
  • Daily Inner Explorer practice and journaling
  • Special visit from Soma Yoga's Catie O'Connor
  • Mindful eating
• Exercise:
  • CorePower's (and The Eliot School's!) Nicole Parsons Yoga Practice for Kids!
  • Bionic Project: Soccer clinic

All kids grades 2-5, limited class capacity.

Dates: Tues. February 18, 2025-Fri. February 21, 2025

Hours: 9am-2pm

$450/week
