Each day our children practice compassion for others and for themselves with our 4 Compassion Actions: Service, Gratitude, Meditation, and Exercise.
Campassion is founded on the belief that children benefit from practicing how to love others and oneself. In fact, I believe that these two types of compassion are powerfully interwoven:
Self-compassion leverages compassion for others and vice versa.
There is so much science behind the short- and long-term benefits that these have for kids’ mental and physical health.
